Catalog > Product Reviews screen is the moderation panel where you can centrally manage all the reviews and star ratings your customers leave for the products on your site.
Customer feedback directly affects the decision-making process of other potential buyers. Therefore, regular checking and approval of comments is critical for the reliability of your e-commerce site.
Comment Moderation
You can review the details of each comment through the list on the panel:
| Data Area | Description |
|---|---|
| Product | Name of the product for which the comment was made (You can go to the product page by clicking) |
| Author | Name / Surname of the customer who left the comment |
| Comment Text | Customer's detailed evaluation of the product |
| Score | 1-5 star rating given to the product |
| Date | Date and time when the comment was transmitted to the system |
| Status | Status that determines whether the comment will appear on the frontend (Active/Passive) |
Quick Approval Process
You can make appropriate comments that you want to approve Active directly from the list, and you can prevent inappropriate comments containing spam or slang from appearing on your site by keeping them Passive.
Filter and Search
In cases where you receive a lot of comments, you can filter by a specific product name or customer name using the search tools on the list and access pending comments much faster.
