Form Messages
Form Messages
You can go to /panel/#/form/message address with the Form Messages button at the top of the form list. All form data submitted from the frontend is displayed here.
Filters
- Form Selection — Filters submissions of a specific form
- Date Range — Submissions within the selected date range are listed
List Columns

| Detail | Opens drawer showing all fields of the submission |
| Form Name | What form does it come from? |
| IP | IP address of the sending user |
| Date | Posting date and time |
Message Detail
When you click on the detail icon, in the panel that opens from the right:
- All field values of the form (in tag:value format)
- Sender IP address
- Browser information (User Agent)
- Uploaded additional files (as clickable links, if available)
Excel Export
By clicking the export button in the list, all messages are downloaded as Excel files according to the active filter conditions.
Binding to Block
The created form is selected from the settings tab of the "Submit Form" block. After adding the "Submit Form" block via Block Management > + Add Block on the relevant page, you can determine which form will be used from the form selection area on the Settings tab.
The same form can be assigned to different blocks on multiple pages.
