Size Chart
Catalog > Definitions > Size Table page is the area where you create guide tables to help customers choose the right size, especially for products sold according to size, such as textiles, clothing and shoes.
The customer asks "Is size M suitable for my measurements?" Answering the question is one of the most effective ways to reduce return rates. You can host more than one table template (e.g. "Men's T-Shirt Measurements", "Women's Trouser Measurements") on your site.
Creating a Measurement Group
When you add a new measurement table to the system, there are 5 basic tabs on the detail page:
| Tab | What is it for? |
|---|---|
| General Information | The management name of the table determines the title and activity status that will appear on the front page. |
| Measure Columns | It forms the top headings of the table (Ex: XS, S, M, L, XL). |
| Measurement Records | You add the main items in the left column and the corresponding cm values (Ex: Bust: 86-90 cm, Waist: 70-74 cm). |
| Measurement Pictures | This is the area where you add informative mannequins or draft drawings showing where and how body measurements should be taken. |
| Import & Export | If you have a table with hundreds of rows, you can back it up to Excel with a single click or import it into the system from your Excel formula. |
Assignment to Product
A size chart template you create on this screen will not automatically appear on the products. You must match this description with the product from the relevant Size Table option on the product adding or editing page. Thus, this table button appears only on textile products.
