Campaign Management
You can create basket-based discount campaigns from the Order & Sales > Campaigns section. Every campaign; It is flexibly configured with activation conditions, promotional rules and optional coupon code support.
Campaign List
All campaigns are listed at /panel/#/campaign.

Creating a New Campaign
Scenario Wizard opens with the + Add button. Ready-made scenarios are listed in categories (accordion); Basic parameters are filled in by selecting a scenario and continuing with the next button.
Instead of the wizard, you can switch to the blank detail page with the "Create Advanced Campaign" option and configure all settings manually.
Campaign Details
The detail page at /panel/#/campaign/:id consists of 5 tabs.
Tab 1 — Campaign Details

Key Options (Toggles)

Date & Usage Limits

The equivalents of the campaign title and description fields in other languages are entered.
Tab 3 — Campaign Terms
The conditions that determine in which basket state the campaign will be activated are defined in this tab. It contains two separate lists.
Campaign Conditions (Included)
Conditions that the cart must meet for the campaign to be activated.

Conditions Excluded from the Campaign (Excluded)
Records to exclude from the scope of the condition. For example, the "Computer" category may be included in the condition, while the "Computer > RAM" subcategory may be excluded.

Logical Group — for Conditions
Same group = OR, Different group = AND
- It is sufficient if only one of the conditions with the Same Logical Group number is satisfied (OR).
- Different Logical Group numbers mean that each group must be separately provisioned (AND).
- If more than one group is provided at the same time, the condition with the lower Priority value is taken as basis.
Example:
Koşul 1: Kategori = Bilgisayar, Min Adet = 1, Grup = 1000
Koşul 2: Kategori = Telefon, Min Adet = 1, Grup = 1000
→ Bilgisayar VEYA Telefon'dan 1 adet sepette bulunursa kampanya aktifleşir.
Koşul 3: Sepet Toplamı, Min Fiyat = 500, Grup = 2000

Discounts that will be applied when the conditions are met are defined in this tab. It contains two separate lists.
Campaign Promotions (Included)

Sorting options:

| Starting from the Lowest Price Product | Cheapest products are discounted first |
| Starting from the Highest Priced Product | The most expensive items are discounted first |
| Group Products Among Yourself | Quantities purchased from the same product are grouped within themselves |
Campaign Promotion Exclusions (Excluded)
Records to be excluded from the promotion scope. For example, "All Computers" may be included in the promotion, while "Specific Brand" may be excluded.
Logical Group — For Promotions
Same group = OR, Different group = AND
The same logical group rule in terms applies to promotions:
- Only one of the promotions with the Same Logical Group number will be applied (OR). The Priority value decides which promotion will be applied.
- Different Logical Group numbers mean that the promotion in each group will be applied also (AND).
Tab 5 — Coupon Codes
For campaigns with the Coupon Code Active toggle turned on, coupon code management is done from this tab.
Coupon List Columns

Adding a New Coupon

Coupon Code Obligation
If Coupon Code is Active, the campaign will not be automatically applied to the cart.** The customer cannot benefit from the campaign advantage without entering a valid coupon code.
